Product Recall
Safety has always been and still is the top priority for HEVEA.
HEVEA voluntarily recalls all Rubberwood Rattles (Variants: Natural, Blue, Pink and Mint) as we have been informed by a customer that the wooden ring can break, if heavy pressure is applied to the ring. Therefore, we ask all customers who have purchased the product to stop using them and to return the product where you bought it and receive reimbursement.
All HEVEA products are tested to meet the relevant international standards – in this case EN71 (1-2014), CPISA/ASTM and CHPA/CCPSA standards. The Rattle has naturally been tested by an internationally acclaimed testing agency and passed the test without remarks, but we have experienced that the Rattle can break under pressure, and thus we recall the product.
At HEVEA we have a zero tolerance when it comes to the safety of our products and we wish to only provide safe products. Since there potentially could be a security issue with the Rattle we react immediately. Therefore, we recall the product.
