B CORP
In 2009, our founder Terese Hoffeldt launched HEVEA from scratch, aiming to build a truly sustainable brand that benefits both people and the planet. However, it wasn't until 2019 that she discovered B Corp.
B Corp certification evaluates a company’s global impact through an extensive questionnaire (over
100 questions) covering wages, suppliers, team, environment, workplace, and governance.
In 2021, after nearly a year of gathering data and answering questions, we proudly achieved B
Corp certification. This process has helped us make better decisions, aligning with the B Corp

We will renew our B Corp certification by the end of 2024 and are confident that we will improve our scores – stay tuned!
