The absorbent layers help capture menstrual flow while an antimicrobial textile treatment helps reduce odours during wear. Designed to capture up to 25 ml / 0.9 oz of menstrual flow—equivalent to approximately three regular tampons—they can be worn for up to 12 hours, depending on your individual flow.

• Before First Use: Machine wash before wearing.
• After Use: Rinse in cold water until the water runs clear.
• Washing: Machine wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C using a mild detergent.
• Fabric Softener: Do not use fabric softener, as it may reduce absorbency.
• Drying: Hang to air dry. Do not tumble dry.
• Care Tip: If odors develop over time, soak overnight in a solution of white vinegar or baking soda before washing.
